What's an Interval? 

An Interval is a quick strike contact where we help you stay focused and in control of what happens next.  

  • 1-2 hours

  • We request updated data/reports, do the agenda, facilitate the dialogue and provide follow-up notes

  • Remote to conserve resources

 

There are two ways you can access Intervals.

#1 - Part of our Practice 

​

We include three Intervals with every assessment, plan or campaign we do for one year at no extra charge. 

 

  • Keep everyone moving forward and adjust plans and strategies as necessary

  • You can time an Interval to prepare for a board meeting

  • Or after staff or system changes

#2 - After Action Review

 

Bring HRG in after your own campaign or initiative to facilitate a focused, unbiased After Action Review - the lesson learning process that makes any team stronger.  

​

  • One or more Intervals.  You decide. 

  • Quickly get at valuable insight.  What worked? What could be improved? What didn’t work at all?

  • Confidential e-surveys and interviews to widen our learning lens.​

We guarantee the outcome: everyone on a blueprint with the right tools to build what’s next.
